The Swine has arrived!

Well, I am happy to say that we as a family have NOT been blessed with the latest twist of the flu. Although, it is in our school district. And yes, I still drive the big yellow. As of now, they have closed 2 schools, one elementary and one middle school for the week. Either of which we attend or that I drive for. But there are still cases that have yet to be confirmed so we are still working until we hear further. GREAT!! And to our suprise, today we received a phone call that only Sacrament would take place today. I know I have lived in very few places, but the only time I have heard of church being cancelled is for the Utah blizzards! And as much as I hate snow, I would much rather have that right now then the threat of this flu! Other than that, we are all good. We have finally found out about Porter and why he has a stuffy nose year round. After many HORRIBLE tests, we found he has had a very serious sinus infection FOR YEARS. That makes a mother feel really good when the doctor tells you that! All 8 (yes, 8, didn't know there were that many) sinuses are so packed full of yuck that they are swollen trying to make room for more. So, Porter is on a 3 week antibotic and 2 nose sprays twice a day to try and get rid of this awful stuff. If this doesn't work, it is going to be surgery. We are praying it doesn't come to that, but they also told us that he will most likely be on and off meds for the rest of his life to prevent the build up again. UGH!! He is doing great in school and can't learn enough. I have bought many books to keep him busy and they are always completed in no time. He is WAY smart! Wyatt is good. Still a pill as always! He is WAY to sneaky. He has learned how to get out of his room without any of us knowing! I don't hear him at all. Not even on the baby monitor! He keeps us running always!! He is the one we can't let out of our sight even for a second or it's trouble! All is well here. Let's just get rid of this new flu and all will be well! Love and miss you all!
